Terms of Service — Emergency London

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Emergency London Intranet (https://emergencylondon.com) or using our linked Roblox experiences and game integration script panel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the Intranet, applying for divisions, or accessing in-game staff tools.

2. Account Security & Verification

To access the staff platform, you must link your authenticated Discord and Roblox accounts:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your active session credentials and cookies.
You agree not to bypass the official Roblox OAuth2 linking framework (e.g. attempting to claim a username belonging to another player).
Any actions taken under your linked Discord session are considered your own. Security breaches must be reported to the development team immediately.

3. Code of Conduct & In-Game Actions

All division members and staff must adhere to guidelines governing in-game commands and logs:

No Abuse of Power: Command structures (Kicks, Warnings, Teleports, Freezes) initiated from the In-Game Panel (IGP) must be backed by valid roleplay violations. Logging fake stats or abusing commands will result in immediate rank termination.
No Exploitation: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, inspect, intercept, or make unauthorized external API calls to our backend routes (e.g. `/api/igp`, `/api/dispatch`).
Accurate Logging: Patrol logs, division applications, and warning forms must contain true and accurate information.

4. Intellectual Property

All layout designs, interface styling (CSS), graphics, and Custom Lua game scripts (`Roblox_MDT_IGP_Script.lua`) provided on this site are the intellectual property of the Emergency London development team.

You are granted a limited license to execute the Lua script within your custom Roblox places. Redistribution, reselling, or claiming credit for our source code without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the Intranet or the In-Game Panel will run uninterrupted, error-free, or be completely secure from Roblox API service disruptions.

We are not responsible for game server lags, data sync latencies, or Discord bot disconnections. Emergency London is an unofficial hobbyist roleplay community and is independent of Roblox Corporation.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Intranet, blacklists, or active in-game telemetry scripts at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service.
