Welcome to the Emergency London Roleplay Network ("we", "our", or "us"). We operate the Emergency London Intranet Portal (https://emergencylondon.com) and associated Roblox integration services.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our members, players, and staff. This Privacy Policy details the types of information we collect, how it is stored, and how it is used to facilitate our virtual community and game server tools.
2. Information We Collect
To utilize the Intranet, link roles, and access game tools, we collect certain metadata associated with your accounts:
- Discord Account Data: When logging in via Discord OAuth2, we retrieve your Discord User ID, username, avatar image hash, and server role configurations.
- Roblox Account Data: When linking your Roblox account via Roblox OAuth2, we retrieve your Roblox User ID and Roblox username.
- Intranet Activity Logs: We collect details on system interactions, including submitted department applications, Duty Patrol Logs (start times, end times, vehicles used), and admin settings changes.
- Game Telemetry & Moderation: While playing on our active Roblox game servers, our system processes your player username, game character coordinates (for GPS map feeds), and active moderation records (issued warnings, kicks, bans, or notes).
3. How We Use Your Information
The data we process is used solely to support roleplay operations and community administration:
- To verify your identity and link your Discord account with your Roblox character.
- To enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) permissions on the Intranet (e.g. mapping Discord ranks to administrative powers).
- To display active patrol lists and coordinate resources on the CAD/MDT dispatch map.
- To log, audit, and display moderation history (strikes, bans, warnings) to prevent rule violations on our Roblox place.
4. Data Security & Storage
We prioritize the security of your data:
- All OAuth2 authentication tokens are exchanged securely and cookies are stored with the `HttpOnly` security attribute.
- We store data locally on our secure Virtual Private Server (VPS). We do not sell, rent, or distribute any user identifiers or details to third-party advertising services.
- Access to audit records, warnings database, and application responses is strictly gated behind verified Discord role permissions.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your linked profile information as long as your account is active in our roleplay network.
If you wish to unlink your Roblox account, you can do so directly from your Profile settings page. To request permanent deletion of your data and logs from our database, please contact an Administrator through our official Discord Server support channel.

Emergency London is an unofficial Roblox fan-made roleplay experience. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or any real-world law enforcement or emergency services agencies in the United Kingdom or elsewhere.
